Good app to manage credit card

The app is easy to use; easy to understand your transactions. You get notifications once a transactions is done. Statements are available as well and you can make payments directly on the app.
As a improvement, the ability to use Apple Pay to make these payments or to be able to save the details of a debit card would save time and, with Apple Pay, it will increase security. Having this credit card also available in the apple wallet would be beneficial as well to avoid having to have always the physical card in the pocket.

Simply doesn’t work

When this app works, it’s pretty good but there is an ongoing bug that causes your account to lock repeatedly. It’s entirely infuriating especially as you have to ring customer service to get the account unlocked just to have the same issue reoccur constantly. I’ve raised the issue with customer services several times and they basically imply that it is an end user issue i.e my fault. I’ve also emailed the app support team mentioned in a previous negative review about the same thing - that email was ignored and I’m three months waiting on a phone call back from the same team as advised by customer service on one of my many phone calls…pity because the user experience is pretty positive on the rare occasion it works.

No longer receiving notifications

Stopped receiving the transaction notifications just over a week ago. Nothing wrong with the settings and receiving notifications for other apps. This is very unfortunate because I thought that this was a great feature. Gave you the immediate reassurance that your card was being charged the right amount. Please sort this out.
