Frustrating
Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We made contact via email and gave all details that we had, we were asked for a reference number, we do not have a reference number and we showed this on emails etc with screenshots. We are still waiting on a response over a week later. So I tried calling today only for the automated voice to tell me that they wouldn’t connect me due to high call volume, but gave no option to receive a call back, instead telling me I’ll be charged for the call anyway.
If I could give you 0 stars I would.
Be wary of buying tickets on this site - use other options
I would honestly recommend using other sites to buy tickets - I have an AXS account (with £250 credit on it) which I have been unable to access it - the bot chat capability is near useless and there is no other way of contacting support. I might as well have handed £250 to a random stranger in London, gone home, and then come back the next day to look for them !
Internal server error
This error is preventing me from ordering tickets. App gave me a lot of problems when trying transfer tickets for atp finals this year. This server error is yet another issue with AXS service. This does not happen with similar providers.
