Description
The B737MRG is the most trusted professional reference for airline pilots flying the Boeing 737.
The B737MRG covers 300 different non-normals, that is a hundred more than the official QRH. The app provides system notes and practical advice on how to deal with each non-normal, both on ground and in flight. The app comes with over 2,200 illustrations, logic gates, lights and schematics!
Captain Pat BOONE, author of the B737 MRG, is a senior instructor with more than 20,000 flight hours on Boeing aircraft (Boeing 737, Boeing 767 and Boeing 787 Dreamliner).
You can free download the app and review a couple of demo pages. You need a paid subscription to access the entire content. With a subscription you get access to all editions of the B737MRG (CL, NG, MAX) in all languages (English, Chinese). Your subscription includes all updates of the content that are published by the author on a regular basis.
Subscription details:
Your subscription runs for a period of 1 year, starting the date of in-app purchase. There is no free trial period. The price for the subscription is around a dollar / euro per month. The exact price depends on local taxes and is displayed inside the app.
A single subscription can be used on multiple devices (phone, tablet), as long as these devices run the same app store account.
Cancellation and refund of your current subscription are not possible. Your subscription runs until the end of the current period. Your subscription is automatically renewed, unless Auto-Renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your app store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn-off auto-renewal by going to your app store account settings, anytime after your initial purchase.

Was once a great app
I purchased this many years ago. Having opened up my iPad after quite some time I can not recommend this app as there is now a yearly subscription, if my memory serves me right this app was not cheap to begin with.
I see a developer comment suggesting that it was a safety issue for people to use outdated content, this app is a convenient reference for an aircraft that does not change much and the manuals are the primary reference source. Not an app.
This is just a money making racket, not a safety concern.
Do not download or waste your money or time.

Dear AIZ, this app was a one-time purchase in 2012 until 2016. The app changed to subscription (similar to magazine content). I fully agree that your company manuals are the primary reference source. Nevertheless, it's important that any other sources you use, like this app, are updated too. I've been updating the books on a regular base for 15 years now, I hope you appreciate the time and efforts. Kind regards, Pat.
Subscription
After purchasing your app a few years ago to say that i am unhappy is an understatement that you now have to subscribe every year to renew it and access to it is now blocked until i subscribe.

Hi, I understand your disappointment. In the past, the B737 MRG app came with a one-time payment. Pilots had to pay an additional fee to obtain new updates. It appeared that many pilots continued to use outdated content, which was causing a safety issue.
Therefore, as from 2016, the app is turned into a subscription app, making sure that all users automatically receive the latest content. There was a transition period for all users to continue to using the app for a minimum of 3 years, starting from date of purchase.
With an active subscription, you receive all future updates of the content, and you also get access to all new editions, like the 737-MAX. As a professional pilot, it is important that you only use updated documents and references.

Updates
Every time there is an update and I install the update, all the content on the app is lost. I have to download the edition again. It doesn't always install and i have to make loads of attempts to install the edition. It's really frustrating.
