Subscriptions:
You will need a subscription in order to get access to the full learning materials. Your subscription is set to auto-renew. You can change your subscription plan or turn off auto-renewal up to 24 hours before the renewal date in the settings of your Apple Account. When a subscription is cancelled, access to the app’s courses and features will expire at the end of the current payment period.

Learn at your own pace
I’ve tried another learning system but they kept wanting more money. The faster you learnt the more money they wanted (Marcus Santamaria). With Babbel you can do a lesson every day or as often as you feel like it, they keep up with you and you can repeat them as often as you like. You hear the words and phrases and the app listens to you as you repeat it, making you pronounce words with a good Spanish accent. You can quiz yourself in the reviewing tab with flash cards of words or written and see how much you remember but you get a review lesson after every section of two lessons anyway, so you can see if you need to repeat it. I’ve learnt so much that I’ve managed to get by in a totally Spanish speaking village and I’ve only just finished the beginners and started the pre-intermediating courses. Very reasonable price for all you get. Highly recommended.

A wonderful, in-depth and conversation driven way to learn languages
I’ve used other language apps and study guides in the past, mostly free ones, and they just don’t stand up to Babbel. I really enjoy how it puts learning useful words and phrases into everyday context with examples — like checking into a hotel and shopping. It also helps that they stress the “rules” of the language where they apply so the learner can begin to understand why something is said a very certain way. In learning a language the vocabulary is usually easy for me to pick up but it’s the small, connective and conjunctive words that I stumble on, meaning it restricts the ability to hold a two-way conversation, I find Babbel the best to improve this. Really recommend this app and its pricing is very competitive — five stars!

BRILLIANT
I have been trying to find the perfect app for me to help learn my German.. I never really wanted to pay for them because I never thought they would live up to the standard as I bought German courses online and I just did not like the lay out of them.. but babbel on the other hand it is my favourite!! I paid for a month and I will defiantly be buying it again! The layout is perfect , it goes over past lessons in new ones just to help it stick.. I am delighted I bought the subscription and I am getting better at my German !! Danke babbel!
