Excellent app - workouts are fantastic

Grab a mat and some weights and 30mins and away you go. Love the simplicity but also effectiveness of their work outs.

handy app

I came across this app as I was looking for a workout alternative to online classes and needed some inspiration for the cooking while I was pregnant week in 27. I was still quite fit and found most scheduled online classes fairly soft and easy as most of them are for all levels and all stages of pregnancy. I like how the level is adjusted to week and level of fitness, first time I get something out of a class in a long time. My one concern is that one would want to be familiar with all the exercises before start out, I would not recommend them for beginners as they are not very well explained and can be done wrong and very inefficient.

The recipes are brilliant! Straight forward and nothing too extravagant. Everything I’ve made so far is delicious and Ingredients are easy to find, I love the smoothies!

For the other functions like breathing, pelvic floor exercises etc. there is room to improve, I’ve tried them but find it annoying having to look at the screen throughout them, plus they are not very well explained either. But for exercise&recipes the app is brilliant! Definitely planning to stay with it until baby is there!

Very poor selection of workouts

I really would not waste my money here on this app which I already have. Not a great selection of workouts. It’s week to week as opposed to trimester to trimester but workout selection the same every week little to no variant at all. Not motivating. I’d spend my money elsewhere. Also you are not told what equipment is required pre workout drill so you could have already started the workout and suddenly you need a chair. Not well designed and thought out. Not much response when I fed back feedback looking for a better selection of workouts on the weekly library was told that’s not possible you stick with the week of pregnancy your in as opposed to trimester but the workouts don’t change each week so makes no sense

Hi Lorraine, we have had fairly extensive email communication with you regarding your feedback, and advised you on how you to find your updated workouts each week as I know you originally were struggling to locate those on the app. I'm sorry to hear that after our continued communication back and forth you still felt the need to share this, especially as we were able to see that you had not accessed the app in over a month but continued to say your workouts were not updating with no attempt to go into the app and follow our guidance. We did try to help you navigate the app to access the wide variety of workouts we offer, but it sounds like you were not able to find those. We're sorry to hear the app wasn't right for you and wish you all the best going forward.
