Every Balance meal is made with care and love. We don’t over season our proteins or starches, and only briefly steam our vegetables offering you a taste of those natural flavors and textures. Even our Signature Sauces are prepped directly in our restaurants, so you know they’re fresh and locally prepared. Best of all, we started growing our own produce—including microgreens, kale, and living basil—in an indoor aquaponics farming facility, adjacently located next to our flagship store in Downtown Toledo.
