Terrible app
The app worked for a bit…… then it didn’t. My HRV is now set to settings I had put it to for trying to cool the house in a summer heatwave …….. and we’re heading into winter.
I’ve wasted over 15 hours trying to get the app to connect. Total waste of time
Appalling app
As useless as their service, this app disconnects from the unit and has to be reset every couple of weeks. No updates to fix it for over a year. Interface is clunky and cheap. Very shoddy.
