Terrible experience
I set up an account over the weekend and ended up winning a few bets. I attempted to verify my documents as requested but for some reason their system kept refusing a photo of my passport (despite it being clear). Upon advice from their live chat support, I was advised to email their verification email address to conform my account. The next morning I received an email at 10am asking for documents and then a subsequent email at 11am stating that my account had now been closed.
I had over 100€ of my own money in the account and an unsettled bet which subsequently won worth over 200€. My account is now closed and I have no access to my money. I have attempted to contact betvictor all weekend since and have not been able to get in touch with anyone who can assist.
I have proof of my email attempts, my valid documents and proof of all bets placed. This is extremely unfair and upsetting as I have not done anything wrong. It appears that this is down to a fault in their verification system and I was not given any advice or time to validate my account. At this moment in time, I still cannot get any satisfactory help from Betvictor.

Often very very slow to confirm if bet has been placed. So slow that I once placed the same bet twice believing the first one had not been processed. I was waiting so long that I refreshed the screen and the bet stopped processing, my balance didn’t change so I placed the bet again. It was only later when I checked the my bets screen that I discovered it had been placed twice. Too late then since I know bookies don’t refund in a situation such as this. So I took my loss but now have to be very careful when placing a bet. I’ve never had such an experience with any other bookie.
