A guide to life for the lost souls
I really enjoy reading the bible from Yourversion for many reasons . First I can read it in my native language so I can understand it better, second I can read it also in a different language I know as to evaluate the meaning in foreign language. It also improves my vocabulary in both languages, but it also reminds me about wisdom. The one I seek every time I read the bible. A feature from the application I really adore is the notifications. Everyday , I have a notification at a certain time of the day or evening, which I reflect on. It talks to me as if God directly adresses me to tell me something I need to meditate on. I love the highlights enablement when reading the bible as it allows to go back quickly back to it when I want to find something. I have once been informed that reading the bible is not a demonstration of Faith, it’s a tool to develop the wisdom in our life, and following that wisdom , is demonstrating our faith to God. I believe in God and he’s not living in any church, he is living in my heart. And when I want to address him, I have nowhere else to go but speak to him with my heart, because that is where he lives. Amen.

You version is the best app I have on my phone. Not just the best Bible app, but the best app ever. It has given me the opportunity to access the scripture in so many translations at once. I can access God’s word whenever and wherever with the youversion app. I was only able to read the entire Bible for the first time with the plan on you version and with the company of other amazing people. I love the community feature as well, where you can also read the highlighted scriptures of others. The note feature is also amazing, where you get to write down what you understand and questions you have. The daily devotional videos that was added since 2020 has been an immense blessing. Hearing wonderful people explain the scripture every morning also helps in understanding the Word of God. In summary, I’d say Youversion Bible app is one the best things technology has ever done for me. The app is so packed with a lot of helpful tools that can encourage anyone to love reading the Bible more.
GREAT, AMAZING, LIFE-CHANGING APP
Don't think twice about it, just get the app! It's free and it'll completely change your life! This app is wonderfully made, I admire the notes and highlights, it's like a physical bible, and it's good because many people stay on their phones, so now they can spend their time learning and growing to God. I love it a lot and it helps keep me closer to God. I love the daily messages, even better if we could have public discussions ? For example for the Assurance plan we could engage with others that are doing it also, by communicating with them so they won't feel alone. I know you can add friends and talk to them, but I would like more virtuality and an easier way of meeting new people and talking about over coming the obstacles through God. Still a 5 star!
