The app works ok. But the bikeshare system (in Galway anyway) is very poor. 2 of 4 terminals I tried - the touch screen was not working so I could take a bike. At one terminal all 4 of the bike locks were rusted stuck in the open position - so you take risk of losing your €150 deposit if the bike gets nicked. I found this on a lot of the bikes on the scheme. The 2 bikes I did successfully try were functional but poor gears and brakes. By comparison to other bikeshare schemes I’ve tried, it’s very much sub-standard. Great to have a bikeshare in Galway City, but hold the suppliers to account. This is not what you paid for.

Good back up option, out and about walking and then have the need to cycle. But would strongly recommend using it as main method of transport. If it rains the touch screen won’t register anything despite drying it off. stations are regularly down and sometimes even dry it won’t work. Have to ring them up maybe one in every three uses for incorrect charges to account. synopsis: good wildcard option but too impractical otherwise

After reporting it with the last version, no improve to was made. The login details in "My account" are not saved, and I regularly have to put every detail again.It would be nice to change this!

Love the app and the service but a little annoyed that the app requires access to your location all the time. The default setting with most location apps is that your location is only required while running the app. I don't understand why coco cola bike share should need access to my location 24/7 when I'm not using the app etc.
