Ratings and Reviews
It’s well-functioning.
I would like notifications for any updates I need to know about, and when I dismiss alerts and subjects in the important section I would like for them to not come back.
I can’t complain otherwise though, it works perfectly fine for what it’s supposed to do.
Hell
Was this app designed by people who love to torture others?
Signing in is a literal nightmare paired with having to download a separate app to authenticate you are the person logging in.
Once you navigate to your module page to try to look at course work, you just get trapped in the “Welcome to this module” video. This app has left me, more often than not, feeling frustrated and on the verge of tears. I hate it. I hate it so much and I wish it would just work but it doesn’t. I am already a distance learner and jumping through all of these hoops just makes this journey impossible.
Can’t get in.
I’ve been using blackboard for over two years now and I haven’t had much problems up until now. Right now I can’t access my account either on my laptop or the app for some reason. I haven’t been able to access my account for the last month or so, mostly because I thought that it was a problem on their side and they would sort it out. I don’t know what the problem is but I really need to sort it out.
