Really useful App

I found this app to be really simple to use and very useful. The workouts are easy to follow and charting your progress is very simple.
Detailed descriptions, plus associated video, of each exercise are provided. Plus there is a very simple yet nifty Next Workout reminder. This little technological prod has proved the difference between making an excuse and sticking with the workout schedule on more than one occasion.
I have Mark's Ebook 'You are your own Gym' I found this to be a very informative read and a very practical read. A lot of what Mark teaches is not revolutionary however it does work.
I am only a few weeks in and I already feel stronger and mentally more alert.
There is something very calming about using your own Bodyweight as resistance during exercise. As it allows you to totally focus on yourself, and how you are feeling, without any external distraction.
I would recommend this app to anyone who is serious about their fitness, well being and isn't afraid of putting in the hard work.

Workouts made easy and high quality videos!

Mark's app is easy, versatile, progressive and addictive in a good way. Everything is done with your bodyweight and equipment is limited to chairs, stairs, tables, doors, walls, ceiling (toyotas) and floors. Sets are easily edited with confidence and the guided programs keep you consistently using it. The quality of the videos set this app apart from other bodyweight apps and recent additions include warm up and cool down videos too. Everything is explained well, perhaps a development could be a word on nutrition and a video on mistakes people often make. A five star app!

Very good, some tweaks to go

Follow up on latest version: Great to have the videos; now where are the little piggies and the hops!? They have been replaced in the list for two legged calf raises and donky calf raises. The instruction on intvals about working 1.5 m and resting 1.5 m do not seem fully consistent with previous approach. Still no possibility to change rep times.
I find it overall very good help and helped engage with the program.
A couple of things i have found to improve:
- The interval timer is not great for exercises that are one limb. You have to work both and it does not give you time and then asks for your reps, which does not make sense.
. Another improvement would to allow to set the interval timer. I like to work more intensively when i am short on time, doing 2m sets including resting time.
Still highly reccomended.
Still missing my little piggies and pogo jumps! But yet the best exercise system and app for all round fitness in the land. Hooya!
