Amazing

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights . Booked standard room , but upgraded to top floor sea view large room . The room , the view and the service was amazing . Not many English speakers but surely trying to make everything perfect . Good at hotel was great for breakfast , with huge selection of continental food plus for anyone with sweet tooth plenty to choose from also . Hot food served and make to order . Dinner - was a buffet also , not again plenty to chose from. Quiet area mostly with Spanish tourists . Plenty of nice restaurants and bars to choose from . Food and drinks are at reasonable prices even in a high end restaurant . I would highly recommend the hotel and the area to stay for couple or family stay . Staff is great and hotel - just fantastic ❤️

Nice but noisy

The place is very nice and clean , it has everything you needand very close by pubs and restaurants, just less than 10 mins walk to tube station and your mins away from Oxford street.
The only downside of this apt is the noise level can be an issue when it comes toward the weekend , you can hear everything clearly , should have install a triple glazed window otherwise wil be perfect.
The person with key that we need to meet was an hr and half late from agree time , that was not professional when he agree to meet at 1 then 2 then didn’t arrive till 2:30 , it actually affected our trip schedule as a result I have to rebook my entrance ticket for the day. If they have a busy check in schedule they should allocate more staff to deal with the situation not letting customer to wait unless it’s for a good reason.

Checking in on places

The only thing I would get annoyed with is false advertising with some of the room pictures that are shown and description giving when purchasing me and and my boyfriend are travelling for a bit and have being using this app it’s been great for some discounts and some nice stays but I do think booking should do an investigation on some place that are falsely advertising something else and second upgrading rooms that most it’s being fine but when we traveled to Vietnam alot of the time they would tell us when we arrive that we have a free room upgrade which sounds nice but the room ends up standers or out of shape room then the original one you where going to get so it just felt like they want to give you the worst room . That’s my only two things I can say the rest as being good
