Wish list doesn’t work
So frustrated with this app. After several attempts of a reinstall, when you add items to your wishlist they are not saved and cannot be viewed. When I log into the site under my user name and add them through the site they save fine. Frustrating as I like to add to my wish list as I scroll and then view all the items together. Will have to revert back to the regular site!!
The most convenient shopping experience
I regularly use the app, especially the click and collect option, when I am short on time. I absolutely love it! So easy to navigate & have never had an issue with order processing.
Very poor online shopping experience
Most frustrating experience while trying to use a BT gift voucher combined with a debit card. What should be a straightforward transaction was anything but. The sale failed for some unknown reason (I had enough credit on my voucher and in my debit account!). Then the voucher was wiped to a zero balance and my loyalty points balance was also wiped to zero. Trying to get both reinstated took a day and half and a number of live chats and emails. Brown Thomas need to resolve such IT issues that could so easily be avoided, or at least be able to resolve them quickly.
