Impressed Layout of Smooth App
Have never purchased anything like this before on line. Enjoyed using the App and the Helpful Way other suggestions were made to the items I examined, for consideration as well. Nice touch to offer several pictures of the Garment on Models or from the Back. Found the Description of the Garment or items researched particularly Good, as well as giving the Dimensions too. This is often a neglected aspect of Online Shopping. Also good that you could get an idea of what Stock levels were left in stock too. Indeed the BT App was as good as you can probably get from an App or a Website. It was definitely superior to other Websites I have looked at. I regret I didn’t discover this App earlier, before now. I have got many garments in Brown Thomas Shops before, over the years, but never really signed up for Cards or Loyalty Stuff. It always seemed like just too much trouble or you would just Forget or struggle to find what was done with the receipt. Now I wonder could I claim the lost points some way, if I can find the receipts? Now at least, having discovered the BT App, it seems to have made it much easier to collect Loyalty points both now and into the future. Well hopefully anyway, as this is the first time I have done this.
Wish list doesn’t work
So frustrated with this app. After several attempts of a reinstall, when you add items to your wishlist they are not saved and cannot be viewed. When I log into the site under my user name and add them through the site they save fine. Frustrating as I like to add to my wish list as I scroll and then view all the items together. Will have to revert back to the regular site!!

Love shopping in BT’s Cork staff are all so nice only negative would be lingerie department for some reason anytime I buy from there I can’t say lady maybe person is never is polite to me & no matter how much I spend 100 to 200 which is not a factor I’m a customer never puts my items in tissue or ties my bag. I’m sorry her attitude in my books is not acceptable so now when I see her I don’t go in unless there is a second member of staff
