Didn’t get tickets
I have signed in with the correct email multiple times and have never received the actual tickets. I have got the confirmation email but the tickets never arrived
App does not work
Please update App as no elements are currently functioning.
If emails are being send interrupting ticket holders to download the app, the app should be fully functioning before these comms are shared.

It tells me the day of the gig and nothing more
