Description
Cam Viewer is designed to work with WiFi enabled Nextbase Dash Cams.
Currently compatible with Nextbase NBDVR312GW, NBDVR380GW, NBDVR412GW, NBDVR512GW, NBDVR612GW, MIRROR and DUO-HD.
Cam Viewer will allow Live View from the Dash Cam in addition to viewing video / photo files stored upon the camera and also downloading to your connected device for viewing later.
CamViewer also has an Upload facility to allow video files which are too large to Email to be uploaded to Nextbase who then provide a link which you can send to your insurance company / friends to download.
For your own safety do NOT operate CamViewer or your Dash Cam whilst driving.

Useless App
App is no longer working. Use to work great when I first got Dashcam a few years ago, but lately it is useless. Dashcam doesn’t connect to the App via Wi-Fi and there’s an endless cycle of turning on/off connection and it still doesn’t work. App also hasn’t been updated in years so goes to show NextBase don’t care anymore. Shame as it used to be a good app for storing videos but now it is not.
Extremely poor, it’s useless
So poor it’s my 1st app review! This app is terrible. If you can manage to get it to connect to the device once you view a single file it will disconnect and you have to kill the app and camera to start again... very disappointing overall, even if it didn’t disconnect the UI is poorly thought out. Take out the SD card and connect to card ready rather than wasting the time and bandwidth on this app.

I have had my Dashcam since purchasing my car 8 months ago, and fitted by the car dealership. I can honestly say it’s been a nightmare.. and it has never worked successfully for me. I have contacted Nextbase on three occasions, and never got a callback from them ever. I purchased the latest model, I believe the most expensive one, as the car dealer assured me it was the highest spec that Nextbase manufacture. Help help help..
