Think of Cardi Mate as your personal healthcare diary. In the app, you can track and record your vital signs — all in one easy-to-access place. Store data, use the app to monitor changes in your charts and keep an eye on your health stats. Track your health progress as you go and make sure to record those vital details in the diary.
FEATURES:
- Personal statistics. Track changes in your vitals, monitor your heart rate, and more. Log your data consistently and have an overview of your heart health at your fingertips.
- Pulse & blood pressure diary. Keep healthy and log your heart rate statistics in the app.
- Heart rate variability. You can tell a lot by the time in between each heartbeat. HRV measures this time and gives you an indicator of how your heart health is.
- Stress check. Ever feel your heart racing or quite the opposite? Keep track of your heart stress levels and monitor them with a heart health tracker.
- Sync the app with Apple Health for optimal heart and overall health tracking. With the extensive data collected by Apple Watch, Cardi Mate will help you gain deep insights into your heart vitals.
The app contains the following subscription options:
- Weekly at $ 7.99 with a 3-day free trial.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- The account is charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
- The cost of renewal is equal to the value that “Apple’s App Store Matrix” determines as the equivalent of the subscription price in $USD.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

I like this app but can’t seem to access heart age and it keeps sending me notifications about same. Please can you advise.
I managed to enable the recording of cardiac age when I completed some personal details of demographics. However the notifications are persistent. Thank you

Decent app, needs work
It is a good app in terms of finding your hr but when it comes to the percentage terms of tachycardia and brachycrdia i feel like it is extremely off. How can i be lying in bed and my hr is 180bpm one second but the next 66 and after that in the 40s? i also don’t think the app can recognise pvcs or pacs as i had a pvc bout and it just told me i was brachycardic instead. i think to improve they should be putting in the screen with the rythym of your heart rate which will show pvcs and pacs instead of just telling you your brachycrdic which in some
people may increase anxiety surrounding the heart.
