Wonderful app but be careful of cab quality
Best can service in Pakistan, short of 1/5 stars due to missing check on quality of cars, at times you will get worn out poor quality cars at your doorstep and by then its to late to refuse

Taxis outside my door but Careem calls them from 10+ minutes away
I am a resident living in Polo Residence, Meydan, Nad Al Sheba 1. I used to love Careem App but in the last 3 weeks it’s taking 10 Minutes plus to call a taxi even if they are free and parked just outside my building. So I don’t use the App anymore.... because it’s too slow and doesn’t choose the nearest available Taxi!! They are driving free taxis from business bay.... no idea why! Does anyone else have the same problem?
I have 42,400 points built up ....
