Be aware about the app!
Made a reservation. Wanted to contact the service desk to send me a confirmation about this reservation. Click on reservation on the app, 3 options were pushed on my screen and I add only the option to click ok as I couldn’t cancel them! Once done, I could contact the service desk but I have been charged €200 but accepting these 3 options! I asked to cancel them but they could refund me only €100 due to their policy! Basically I have been charged from their poor product design! The agent from Carla told me that he will passed my feedback to the Product team! I lost €100!
Shocking company to deal with
These guys sent a confirmation email and then when I followed up before I left told me that unfortunately there was no cars available so there was no booking made.
Only got one confirmation email and nothing after to say it was cancelled.
Looked up the same dates and car was available with same provider for 200€ more.
They offered 10% off the new price which I did not accept.
Shocking behavior - avoid this company

Tried this app looking to book a car in Spain.
Stated a small car at €13 per day which for 12 days adds to €156 but got quoted €183.
Which is above average for size of car
