I’ve started using this product in December and I love it.
Doesn’t work in Ireland
I have been a customer for years but unfortunately when I tried to sign in to the app it didn’t recognise my address. I realised it’s the uk version with all the prices in sterling. I don’t see why it couldn’t be launched worldwide or at least an EU version . Disappointing.

Please ensure your device settings are set to your preferred country (Ireland) and that you have a Charlotte Tilbury account associated with your selected country (a customer is required to hold a separate account per store). To adjust the Language Settings, please: 1. Visit your device’s Settings and tap General. 2. Tap Language & Region 3. Select a country for preferred languages and Region. 4. Please uninstall and reinstall app after selecting new region. Please contact customer support with your email details for further support.
