CJD mybox – Dokumentenverwaltung leichtgemacht. Mit CJD mybox haben Sie immer Zugriff auf Ihre wichtigen Dokumente und erhalten Ihre Gehaltsabrechnungen elektronisch. Fotografieren Sie zum Beispiel die Dokumente einfach mit der Kamera Ihres Smartphones ab oder scannen Sie sie ein. Danach können Sie sie ganz einfach in Ihre CJD mybox hochladen, darauf zugreifen und bei Bedarf teilen. Durch die automatisierte Texterkennung, die vorgefertigte Ordnerstruktur und mit der Suchfunktion finden Sie Ihre Dokumente immer schnell und komfortabel wieder. Sie können jederzeit und von überall her darauf zugreifen. Ihre Daten liegen dabei sicher und gut verschlüsselt in einem Rechenzentrum in Deutschland. Die CJD mybox basiert auf „foxdox“, einer Cloud-Lösung der d.velop AG.
