Version 5.3.4
We’ve been listening carefully to your feedback and have worked on enhancing the user experience. Here are some major app improvements:
• We added a Home screen with the most popular options to help you navigate;
• You can always continue your visit where you left in one click from the Home screen;
• It is now possible to purchase multiple tour packages in-app;
• You can use the code several times on the same device if you lost access to your guide for any reason.
• Simplified registration process (fully optional).

Ratings and Reviews
Overcharged me
When I first installed the app I paid the fee for multiple tour packages which worked OK for the first tour but on the next tour I it forced me to pay again which I did but I am unhappy that I was made to pay again. If I’m supposed to have some code to type in for multiple tours, I cannot find it and the app doesn’t explain where the code is (if that’s what I’m supposed to do for multiple tours, it’s pretty unclear).
Also, even when I had a tour downloaded, switching between each of the tour sections did not work well, it kept throwing me out of the tour and I had to restart multiple times. Maybe that’s related to the site having limited internet access, I don’t know 🤷🏻♂️

If you paid for some guide twice, please feel free to get in touch with us at support@cloudguide.me so we can process a refund. As for the issues of switching between tour sections, it might indeed be related to the Internet connection at the site.
