It’s been good so far for the club. Handy way to get players to respond for training compared to whatsapp. And have the covid form built in. Although one limitation is you can’t add photos in the chat. Also notifications are good to keep people updated of fixture changes etc at short notice. Overall has worked pretty well in our first year.

We moved our rugby club over to ClubZap this year and it has really made life so much more simpler for us as volunteers. The backend system is far easier to use and saves us so much time. The integration with the app is very well thought out in terms of squad assignment and management. It also allows us use it for separate seniors and kids membership and management.

Parents and players like the app because all Comms to them is in one place. They don’t need a WhatsApp group as well as a team system.

The app looks and feels good. Parents find it easy to register and navigate. As a club, for the first time we have a unified space to push news, fixtures, results, e-shop, game management and parent chat. All very simple. Would recommend it for your club application.

As treasurer of my local club, I have used ClubZap for the last number of years. The app & administration functions are very user friendly. The system allows you down load numerous reports so you can inform your exec of sales - membership, products, camps etc. Funds arrive automatically to your account as opposed to having to request them. Finally, the service from the office staff is excellent. Any queries or questions are answered promptly. Very happy to recommend ClubZap.
