It’s a really handy app for me because it keeps track of all I eat and how much insulin I give. My one fault with it would be that it sometimes crashes when I try to put in the type of food. Apart from that, great app :)

Easy to use
After being diagnosed pre diabetes I was amazed to find so many conflicting articles on what to eat and how much. I had no idea what was good for me or not.
With the Contour Next and this app you can check how individual foods/meals and exercise affect your blood glucose level, then make notes or take photos of your meal or activity so you can check back on what rises your glucose level the most.
With this app I have managed to get back to a healthy blood glucose level after 2 weeks.
Having this will help keep it that way.

Excellent device
I’m using this app nearly two weeks I am very glad it helps me to understand my reading and control my carbs. The app syncs with my phone that is a bonus plus. Thank you Contour Next 👍
