Description
With the Cross River mobile app, you can purchase tickets, save ticket barcodes and present for validation on board our ferry. The app lets you save & retrieve your ferry tickets. For multi-trip tickets you can view your usage history. The app keeps you up to date with sailing updates.

Version 3.1.9
This release fixes an issue with payments in last version where system would not allow payment to proceed.
We also fix bug where history of ticket usage was not showing for some users.
The update also contains an improved user interface and offline order/ticket display functionality.

Useless!
This app is more trouble than it’s worth. Frequently unable to access my orders resulting in having to pay for a ticket in cash.
Why ticket count lost
Been using app since April and pleased with it. Second half of last week there was a change and it no longer indicates the number of trips remaining on a ticket. Is this going to be fixed/returned?
