When I found DEGIRO roughly six years, after searching high and low, I was blown away. The tech platform itself, is easy to navigate and houses all the information you need from real time portfolio values to tax reporting. On top of it all, the client service was outstanding. And now that DEGIRO is part of Flatex Bank, investor get additional insurance protection on your cash positions. All in all, by far the best investment platform I have used ever!

I have been using DEGIRO for a couple of years now. I find it easy to navigate and easy to use. Both buying and selling shares are easy to complete. The fees aren’t too bad compared to some other platforms. Without paying a subscription, the share prices you are looking at are typically 15 minutes behind time, which really shouldn’t be the case, YAHOO Finance offers up to the minute prices at no cost to the user, in a free app. DEGIRO’s customer support isn’t fast when you have reason to contact them and their answers are often curt. If you then try to follow up on your original question, don’t be surprised if you don’t get any response.I use CDC for my cryptocurrency transactions, I can make purchases there straight from a credit/debit card, but with DEGIRO you have to go through the cumbersome and time consuming process of transferring cash from your account to theirs, this can take up to 48 hours, which is of little benefit if you want to get in NOW!

I’ve been on for a few years, and when I first joined I was brand new to trading. It took me a little time to find my way around but now if I see a good opportunity to sell (I use yahoo finance to watch trading) I can do so in less than a minute. Money is in my bank, if I decide to withdraw, in one to two working days. Delighted with this app.
