Delicious Library 3 4+

I have had and used this app for a while now and until recently it ws fantastic. Unfortunately it is now almost useless to me. Without the ability to pull info from the UK or Japanese Amazon sites very few of the books I own can be scanned. Entering them by hand or searching for US editions is possible but kind of defeats the purpose.

I don’t know what led amazon to change their policy regarding their info being used but whatever the reason, it has crippled what ws once a great app.

Avoid if your library is mostly made up of non-US or Canadian published material.

If you want to catalogue anything in your home or workplace this is a fabulous app. Its not just for books ! I cannot rate it highly enough. It is easy to use and has a beautiful layout. i used my iphone as a scanner to read the ISBN numbers of my large book collection, and it pulled them in with very few issues.
It is very important to think through your requirements, and how you wish to retrieve/locate a particular book within a library / various locations.
When set up corectly at the beginning of loading your collection this app can help you locate everything beautifully.
A joy to use. It seems to be limitless in library size so if you have a large collection of anything this is the app for you. i have over 1000 books catalogued and it is not an issue. The only thing that is missing is the ability for it to work on all platforms.This would be of great assistance to collectors on the move. It would eliminate duplicate purchases. This is not a major issue, but would be a great help.
It is also great for keeping an inventory around the house of all your electronic equipment etc.
A very small price to pay to catalogue anything especially books !
