Delivering to costumer
Costumer should have access to drivers, phone or app after delivery in case something is missing driver should know and check there car or bag in case something left. happened to me next day I realised that I have a bootle in my car fell from the bag.
A-lot of Improvements needed
It’s so stupid to see it’s a big order after I click arrived. Its mind playing business!!! It’s better to have an option to see big orders on screen involving 2 drivers before accepting the order. It’s highly unlikely I get the order by the time I reach the restaurant because the whole order was already collected by another driver. Waste of time and fuel travelling to restaurants for NOTHING!!!
After calling the customer the call option button doesn’t show check mark, it just keeps on loading forever. Fix this!
Not really satisfied
App crashes very often,can’t log into app,not good pay rate(if you count out your fuel expenses,insurance coast,car maintenance) ,sometimes very long waiting time at restaurants with no respect from restaurant staff (they not saying how long exactly to take get food ready ,just keep saying-2 minutes,2 minutes and again 2 minutes…)
