Helpful app
This app is very helpful with my two kids - before it it was a struggle to brush for a full two minutes. My only complaint is that it is really difficult to scan in a picture to unlock additional albums (we use the oral b stages electric brush) - it used to sometimes take a minute or so of moving the brush around to get it to register the image and the lighting has to be just right - daylight not artificial light). In recent months they updated the app and now there's a limit to how long it will scan for a product (about 5 seconds and if it hasn't registered by then - which it never does - there's a pop up and it won't continue to search without backing out of that screen). This is frustrating and I hope it will be fixed soon!

My daughter has been using this app for a little while now I see a big difference in her teeth and she loves getting new stickers this app is also really easy to use if u have little ones this is a definite must have
How do I get Frozen back?
I bought a “Frozen” themed toothbrush for my granddaughter to use when she stays over. At that time we got Frozen characters in the app which she loved.
I got a new phone and had to re download the app, I did this but her “Frozen” characters are gone.
I have tried going through your App Support, basically there is no support, so I am asking you through here, how do I get Frozen back on the app?
