DoneDeal: Cars For Sale 4+

Great place to move thing on

DoneDeal is alright, I’ve been using it since 2015. I’ve sold odds and ends and most recently two car this year. It was interesting trying to sell an Australian import car on here to say the least, a good few dreamers that’s for sure. The app works well however I did find that it was extremely difficult to place the listing for the Aussie car via the app on an iPhone 13 mini, took hours and kept getting the same error when verifying the car details. DoneDeal thought it was a focus and wouldn’t let me create the listing, anyway got there in the end.

Quick and easy

Very easy to use and can be done in a few minutes I've sold a lot and equally bought a lot and have never had any problems and the support team are excellent if you have any problems, don't trust everyone so don't give your address unless needed for sale and always meet People in daylight and in public and tell someone where you are going. Happy done dealing

Used to be a loyal user

Unfortunately due not being able to contact anyone from Donedeal in anyway about anything has really put a sour taste in my mouth. I have had my ad for kittens just point blank refused without any reason given. As far as I could tell there was nothing wrong with the ad.

Now someone clicked on the payment button on my new ad. A selection that I did not pick nor would I ever for any animal as I always like to talk and screen who gets my animals. This person has now gotten my communications with potential new homes for my animals suspended. I have no way of sorting it out as the contact us selections just send you in a frustrating loop.

Now, I have to decide just deleting the ad I placed and paid for. And purchasing another ad all over again in hopes to find kittens new loving homes.

Them removing the dog section is a mistake. And penalizing everyone for the crime of a few cruel individuals. This decision only penalized good people from having a good outlet to re-home dogs. Now people are left to place ads or on more unscrupulous websites. I think it would of been better served to block offending people and accounts. And money spent on educating sellers and buyers.
