Great piece of equipment had a crash and video evidence completely cleared me of being responsible well worth having on board
crashes
All in all good. But the app crashes when scrolling through the movies folder with too fast speed. This happens wach time.
No customer service go elsewhere
My transcend drive pro200 ( only a year and a half old) wouldn’t download footage onto app, it did before no problems, I updated dash cam and still wouldn’t download after 3 emails to transcend I gave up as they never replied and bought a different brand dash cam and binned the transcend
