Dublin Bus 4+

It barely does the job usually.
Sometimes app refuses to load, not providing times no matter what. I have reinstalled it many times but this still happens (even with perfectly working wifi and 4g)
Much better ui should be used, this is useable in its current state but far from a good user experience. Being able to save and rename stops is good. Would be better if you could then sort these saved stops into folders, having a log in to save all these preferences.
When searching a bus time at a busy stop, via the route it shows all buses instead of the specific bus you are searching for. Often the bus you want at this busy stop is too far down and not displayed, instead showing all other buses(which is not what i want)

Getting buses on time is nearly impossible and the real time information is rarely accurate! Getting to school or work on time is extremely hard since you have no clue when the bus will come- the app may say 5 minutes, then bump up to 10 and down and up again. Especially when ur on lesser known routes. People need to be able to know exactly when the bus is coming so they can leave earlier or later depending! Considering global warming more people should get the bus! But it’s extremely hard when you have a chance of being late, to a meeting, work, school or even just meeting up with friends! Overall I think we need a better app with proper information, stating how long the bus will actually be and if there are any reasons for the buses to be late (examples: heavy traffic, icy roads, or delays due to things like the engine)! Please take this into account!

So so so so so bad. Genuinely don’t know how you can keep such a poor app in use. It’s actually counterproductive. Missing buses because the RTPI on this app is on drugs. Buses never correspond with the RTPI. Sometimes the RTPI won’t even load the times . FORCES PEOPLE TO BE LATE MO MATTER WHAT. “Bus in 10 minutes” actually means a bus in 45 minutes. Actually an insult to have this bus app still on the market . Many people suffer everyday because this is the only alternative. I would give negative stars if I could . Literally sitting out in the cold waiting for a bus right now. Dublin bus app said it would be here 20 minutes ago. Happens every single day I take the bus. Bus app has NEVER given me the correct time. EVER. If you think I’m exaggerating then ask yourself why I am freezing my fingers off to write such a review. Genuinely hate this app.
