By adding your Dyson hair care machine or cordless vacuum, you can:

By connecting to your Dyson purifier or humidifier, you can:
• Review both indoor and outdoor air quality information, in real time

• Remotely control air flow speed, mode, timer, oscillation and other settings
• Receive software updates and access product guides.

By connecting to your Dyson robot vacuum, you can:
• Control, activate or pause your robot, remotely

Great app - one improvement recommended

This is a great app and system. It would be great if there could be an easier way on the app to switch between devices. Rather than clicking on top left icon to change room.. it would be cool if we could just swipe between room/devices. This would be shorter. Also an interactive iOS 17 widget would be very handy.

It become much better but there is a room for improvement

App is great, stable and you can add your devices. However, there is no Dyson store in it! There is no Dyson option to link. Also there is no link to Dyson v15s and others - you can’t see status of the battery, how many times it was used, load … and so on … basically app is Ok, but there is no simple warranty page etc. To summarise: app is stable and easy to use, but it isn’t functional (most of the features people need including shop are missing) ;(

Hi. Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. The latest version of the MyDyson App has a new Design Interface, assessible to uses with a registered non-connected Floor care, Hair care and Air Treatment product. The 'Shop' appears as a fixed green tab, on the In-App navigation bar. For those without this new Design System, then the 'Shop' is visible under the 'Settings' menu in the top right hand corner of the screen. In terms of the other suggestions you've made, we are continually updating the App, introducing new features and optimizing existing journeys. That said, we can't directly comment on what these new features will be released ahead of time - We will pass however pass your comments onto our development team for user experience testing and future consideration. Constantly will not connect and WhatsApp support poor

It rarely connects and says it is turned off. It is even close to a Wi-Fi point. This is the replacement as they could not fix the original one that kept going into rooms and then back to base. That too could not connect consistently as others have mentioned as well. Overall, a poor product and we’re now looking at others. Our iRobot mop actually functions without fail. The other, standard vacuums (we have two other normal ones) are great and customer service is good. Except the WhatsApp customer service. It takes hours and hours for responses. Just call them. Far faster and they are more knowledgeable.
