EAM360 is a simple, easy-to-use, and intuitive application with minimal clicks and equips Technicians with the right set of information and provides access to transactions and reports. It is an Enterprise Business App with a social app flavor & usability. This App helps Technicians to access work information faster, eliminate paperwork, and ensure compliance.
It is built as a native iOS application, complies with all IBM Maximo business rules, and can be installed without any additional infrastructure. This Application works offline and online and integrates seamlessly with the IBM Maximo.

- Update Failure codes for Reactive/Breakdown work orders
- Record work Log or Shift hand over the log as a text or voice
- Update specification attributes of the work order
- Take photos and attach them to the work order or Tasks or to the work log
