Must have proper info regarding Visa Requirements
I got in trouble once due to Visa requirements even for transiting at the airport. Kenya visa requirements. App did not mention anything about Visa requirements. I always buy my tickets with eDreams and never had issues in regards to Visa but recently I was stuck in India as I was refused to board in Kenya Aircraft (transit only) due to Visa. I was never told that I needed a visa EVEN for transit. I know entering a country I need visa but transit also require a visa in Kenya. I had to book another flight and never got a refund……

Booked through eDreams to go to Italy, they booked Aer Lingus out and Ryanair home. Could not get my daughters checked in on return flight as they were classes as adults on Aer Lingus but children on Ryanair.
Not eDreams problem they told me to ring the airlines although they couldn’t provide a number. Apparently they said that they just offer me the flights I made the choice to accept them from two different carriers.

Trying to cancel a booking & get a refund
I have been trying to cancel a return flight since the first week in September as I had just come out of hospital & was told that I couldn’t fly. I also sent a letter from the hospital stating this. I am just getting the run around from eDreams. I am not satisfied with this treatment at all.
Please sort this problem out for me ASAP.
