Need to fix colours
The personalized colour to identify one mug from another needs to remain lit while in use. Please fix this, thanks
Missed opportunity
It’s hard to believe that there is still no iOS widget, showing battery level of this mug. Instead of having a widget for that you have to unlock your phone, open the app, connect to the mug, go to the settings and voilà, you can see the battery level of it there..
Apple Watch app is even worse as it can’t show you a battery level at all.
Easy
The app is easy to use. Pairing is quick. I had trouble finding the app on the Irish store, I wrote to ember and received a response very quickly with a link. Excellent service, fun product and a good app.
