Unable to access Guest App
There is obviously major breakdown with the Etihad Guest App this very day, Mon Feb 1st as it is informing users to upgrade to new ‘better’ version! When this is attempted after being redirected to the App Store, it still advises same upgrade and does not allow access into the app to browse or check balances, flights etc. I have deleted and reuploaded the Guest App on both my iPhone and iPad but both in vain! Very frustrating!!
Etihad get your act together
For a Airline who pride themselves on air travel they sure fall bottom on customer service when it comes to using the App .
Just pure junk , impossible to log into . Always system error and best to just delete from my mobile device.
Update means no access
Updated to new version as requested and now cannot enter into my account. Very frustrating as the previous version worked!
