Does what it says on the tin
I’ve moved abroad and got this to watch shows from my home country. I find it works really well and hasn’t let me down let. The odd time where I’ve had an issue or a question, the team have been very responsive and always have an answer. I think it’s good value for money as it lets me view a lot more content than I would otherwise be able to.

Very disappointed
I was watching Netflix Canada by using VPN everytime I active it it doesn’t work i would close the app everything nothing works and then it works again somehow for an example last night I was watching some naruto I turned off my VPN went to bed woke up the next morning turned on my VPN logged in my Netflix account it weirdly wouldn’t take my commands and I even waited 5 mins for it to refresh still didn’t work there was times I had to wait like a few days to get it working again my sister also had the same problem could you please fix this issue for now I’m leaving 1 star for this nonce 😡(update) and another problem is that sometimes it tells me I hav no internet connection while using Netflix

Intermittent performance
Been using this VPN Software for a couple of years now.
It works, but I would not say it is seamless. I have had several instances where performance slows down and invariably I’m told to change the protocol. Neve a final or complete fix. Also issues with connecting to local server. Same solution, change protocol.
I’m trusting that it is secure but the quality is hit and miss.
Support staff are responsive but if they are working with an inferior product there is little they can do. I’m only continuing with them because I have committed to a support contract.
