Have had this system for a good number of years and very satisfied with it and easy to use.
Update has ruined app...Camera constantly times out...
Used to be good but since updates in 2020, App has gone to rubbish. Keeps crashing now & does not work. Very slow, picture won't connect most the time, security feature won't work anymore. You have to resign in every time. Please fix. Was working fine before this update. If it's not broken don't try fix it..Update....Constantly times out...very unreliable...Do not buy cameras from these guys

Hello, I am sorry to cause you trouble. When the camera has a connection timeout or disconnection, it is preliminarily determined to be a network problem. Please check whether your home network is far away from the camera. Regarding the crash, can you elaborate on your camera model? We will troubleshoot the problem.
Application keep crash on 3G network.
After upgrading to IOS 10 application keep crashing on mobile 3G network. working fine with wifi network.
