I’ve been trying to access my business account the last three weeks now and still cannot access I’m a paying customer, however I’ve tried so many different way to access the account or representative of Facebook. absolutely no communications from them?
Probably the worst app I have every used!
The app is buggy and non-functional. Insights consistently don’t load. Posts disappear. App constantly crashes and won’t reload. Randomly losing access to my account for several days at a time. I worked in Apple technical support for over 8 years and never in my time have i seen an app on the App Store so poorly designed.
Meta no longer cares about businesses on Facebook or the upkeep of the main app. All their focus and funds have gone into the Meta verse. They also don’t care as their is not alternative. There is zero customer service as they don’t have humans supporting customers. Everything is bits and auto reply’s. It’s really become a joke!

Very dissapointed I ended up getting prompted to switch my business pages to Facebook business suite whilst trying to set up Shopify and ended up loosing access to one of my pages , tried to contact Facebook for support , no reply no support , dissapointed
