Feeddler is a fast and highly customizable RSS Reader client that stays perfect sync with RSS services and presents RSS stories in an easy-to-read interface. Feeddler is a universal app that supports iPhones, iPod touches, and iPads.

Review
I've been using this for about 6 weeks now and it's a vast improvement on iTunes podcast handling. This is the first and so far only app that I've paid for and it's well worth the money

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Clean interface, works smoothly and I appreciate the built in browser for those rss feeds that only show article headers or don't include comments.
Looks dated, but does the job
Not the most visually appealing RSS reader you'll ever use, but plenty of good syncing options, and does the basics well without trying to be too fancy.
