Fitnex is a powerful assistant for self-weight and gym workouts. It helps you focus on the movement that you are performing, and the muscles that you are trying to engage. Moreover, It helps you enjoy musics or videos while exercising by removing the need to count repetitions.
It's simple and easy to use. Set a goal (number of reps) and start workout, it will prompt you automatically when the reps done reach to the goal, in the process, you don't need to interact with your device at all. Not just reps, some important information like the weight you lift, number of sets and energy burnt can all be record by Fitnex as well.
What exercises can Fitnex track? It tracks self-weight exercises such as squat, push-ups, rope skipping, etc., and gym exercises such as deadlift, bench press, etc.
Fitnex for Watch can work independently, so you can use it without taking your iPhone. Fitnex will transfer the data recorded to iPhone app automatically when your Apple Watch reconnect to iPhone.
Location
Fitnex requires your location data to draw the route of outdoor running, if running is not in your workouts routines, you can ignore it.
Camera
Fitnex uses your camera to detect change of the distance between body and screen while doing push-ups, the data collected will be deleted after use, so it won't offend your privacy.
HealthKit
Fitnex requires the HealthKit to read your heart rate during exercising with Apple Watch, if your iPhone is not paired with Apple Watch or Fitnex is not installed on your Apple Watch, Fitnex won't ask for the related permission.
Subscription pricing and terms:
Fitnex offers auto-renewing subscriptions at £0.99/month or £4.99/year to provide you with privilege to adding more custom exercises and routines while you maintain an active subscription. Some professional users may need these features, For most users, the basic features is enough.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
