Changes in hormones throughout the menstrual cycle can have a big impact on your body, especially in relation to exercise and nutrition. Brilliant app.... I downloaded this app when coming back from illness to help get the most out of my body when training...I use this on a daily basis. It gives you detailed information of the type of training you do at certain phases of your cycle.. also gives nutritional advice which is another valuable tool for an athlete... this app has opened the eyes of many female athletes and removed the stigma of “I can’t train” when you get your period... FitrWoman is constantly adapting the app based on research so is up to date ... looking forward to seeing what this app offers in the future.... 🙌🏻
