FitrWoman is built on evidence-based science to provide simple, actionable recommendations for female athletes on a daily basis. All content is grounded by peer-reviewed research.

It is important to recognize, however, that there are limitations: much work remains to further enhance our collective understanding on female physiology and sport performance, and while studies may support certain insights, there are always individual variations and exceptions to expected patterns to take into consideration.

Brilliant app.... I downloaded this app when coming back from illness to help get the most out of my body when training...I use this on a daily basis. It gives you detailed information of the type of training you do at certain phases of your cycle.. also gives nutritional advice which is another valuable tool for an athlete... this app has opened the eyes of many female athletes and removed the stigma of “I can’t train” when you get your period... FitrWoman is constantly adapting the app based on research so is up to date ... looking forward to seeing what this app offers in the future.... 🙌🏻
