Saw an add for free prints on the television and decided I would use it. I usually go into a shop to get my prints developed, but because of the COVID 19 and all the queues I really did not want to. I downloaded the app which was really simple and decided to give it a go. I said to myself if it was too complicated I would leave it and go to a shop. Well it couldn’t have been simpler, site was so easy to use and believe me if I could do it anyone can. The prints were delivered few days later, really speedy process, and they all came out great. I had all mine 7by 5 so had to pay but still way cheaper than the shop even with postage and I got all the 6 by 4 free which I gave to a family member. Will never go to the shop again for my prints will definitely use this site again . Highly recommend this service to anyone.

I had originally placed my order at the start of May, it said it would take 6-10 days, yet didn’t show up. It then gave me a slightly later date but I cut them some slack because obviously delays and such can happen. Once given a date, it never came, and at this point I had been waiting almost 3 weeks. I reordered it after it told me it was lost in transit, obviously frustrating as it was a present for someone but not the end of the world as if I reorder it, SURELY it would arrive this time. It did not. The second time around, it did not come. Yet again, rather frustrating. Rather than ordering the small prints I had ordered poster sized prints for my boyfriend. Once it is lost in transit, you have to wait until a certain date to reorder it. I waited, and now for the THIRD time I have ordered it. It’s due for the end of this month, but I don’t know how optimistic I am that it’ll arrive. It’s generally just really frustrating because I’ve heard good things about free prints and I myself haven’t had a good experience. I hope it comes when it says it will, considering as of now it’s over a month since I ordered.

Really surprised my mrs just walked in the front room and said your photos are here I said you’re joking there early by about 4 days 👍I ordered exactly 100 pictures in Matt photos I took of the wild Atlantic way of Ireland and they are fantastic some I could honestly say are like a very good post cards the quality is fantastic the service is great the price is very good for 100 x photos cost me €9.60 with delivery and 45 free every month you also get 5 more free pictures for each person you invite and a free album every month well pleased with free prints and the packaging was very good quality eg no bends or anything highly recommend free prints . right we’re off to the Atlantic for some more great pictures i must give this a five star rating 🍀

I have been using FreePrints for years and they are absolutely fantastic, I’ve never had a problem and the quality of the pictures are just brilliant m, unfortunately this months FreePrints something was different, I didn’t receive my photos, I requested for them to be resent and I got a payment notice from the postal service stating I had to pay a fee of €4.95 as I ordered something from outside the EU which ment that I payed for the p&p from the FreePrints app and then also had to pay a further €4.95 to have them released from customs which never happened before, I’m wondering is there a way around this added payment as I really love to get my photos print yes every month
