Description
In the Stena Line Freight Driver app you can easily view and manage your existing bookings.
The app gives you the possibility to:
• See details for your booking
• See port information and possibility to get directions to the port from your current location
• Cancel your booking (if enabled for the Customer account)
• Transfer your booking to another departure on the same route or on an alternative route (if enabled for the Customer account)
• Get an overview with shortcuts to your previously viewed bookings
Please note that the customer must approve that cancel and/or transfer via the app is allowed before these functions are enabled. If neither cancel or transfer is allowed, no action buttons will be shown on your active booking.
