Ratings and Reviews
OK app but bugs evident
An alarm from when system was set up has appeared randomly and can’t be deleted.
I have to click to accept the terms and conditions several times when I log in, this has also started randomly.
Riddled with errors
The latest version (6.24) is riddled with issues: the privacy policy notice appears overlaying the PV’s energy management and revenue graphs in full screen mode; the Help and Feedback page is blank; and the Satisfaction Survey link reports a 404 page not found error (but that’s not new).
I had a LOT of problems with the last version (problems logging in, app stuck on splash screen, actions in app – when I could log in –taking 5-12 hours to complete) so I suspect this is a rush release to try and fix some of those problems. It obviously hasn’t been tested though.
New Statistics page layout not an improvement
Following the most recent app update, I really do not like the new linear display of Energy Management on the Statistics page. The previous circular display was much clearer to read / understand at a glance. I don’t understand why that was changed.
Also the fact that the Home page data only updates periodically and is not live is poor. The MyEnergi app (which I also have for my car charger) reacts in realtime to changes in generation / consumption.
