Terrible app, wouldn’t let me switch from GAAGO to GAA+ claiming I already had an account with GAA+, then claimed I had no account when I tried to reset password. Wouldn’t let me pay for subscription saying I had one from last year and yet I couldn’t watch the games because I wasn’t subscribed. GAA are a disgrace

Horrendous experience

This is a disaster of a service, I downloaded the app, it then took 20 minutes to set it up on AppleTV, I had missed the beginning of the match, but it got worse. It then charged me an extra premium of twenty percent for using Apple .I then paid for the match and it didn’t work. It sent me into a loop and I paid again before I realised. But then it got even worse, it would not show me the match, he just attempted to charge me again. So I got in touch with GAA go, who told me it had nothing to do with them, so I had to file a complaint directly with Apple and wait three days for a refund. Apple thankfully were very professional about it. I never got to see the match.

Keep away from it!

Whoever is responsible for developing and testing this app should really reconsider their future in the industry as it’s probably the most unstable, poor functioning application available it’s actually not fit for purpose.
I’m beginning to wonder do the greedy, money hungry GAA really want this app to work in order to force people to go to the games to increase their revenue…it’s all about the €€€€!! Don’t waste your time or money with this app.
