We had an amazing experience with Filipe on our walking tour! The group was not too big and the pace was perfect. Don’t be daunted by the hills as we had lots of stops. Filipe shared his knowledge with enthusiasm and wit and it was clear he understands and loves Porto. History can be read but Filipe helped to bring it alive without boring us with overload. The little secrets of the city were particularly engaging. Filipe also gave us great advice and recommendations as tourists. Excellent Customer Service
The customer service is excellent! It started with a webchat and very prompt replies with the very pleasant and helpful Ana. She and her team got immediately on the job, through the night, to resolve my issue. By morning I had a very satisfactory result. I can only highly recommend this company and will trust them going forward with any bookings I will make. Thank you ‘Get your Guide’ for superb service and particularly Ana and team.

Unable to claim a refund, lose big money
It is my first and last time using this App. I spent €120 to place a cruise dinner on the platform, but I missed the dinner on that day because my flight was delayed. I was trying to contact customer service before the dinner happened and ask if they can change my time or cancel the date because of force majeure. They refused me for any single way. Until now, they are not even willing to give any solution for my order and keep telling me they can not do anything. It's super annoying and unprofessional. If you want to lose your money here, download and use it. They will not take any responsibility for your further needs.
