Impossible to use

I’m quite familiar with installing cctv like this and I just never come across this problems. The app ask you to register and send you a verification code by text,which is so simple to make work..but does not. When eventually I come to register my register with the code and add a password,it won’t accept the password,no matter how I stick to the rules 8/16 letters. It keeps telling me that I must choose a different password with 8to 16 letters and numbers, which is obviously different from what it says on the bottom of the screen. Either way, using letters or letters and numbers,it keep rejecting the password settings so each time it send you back to the first page and you have to start all over again and get a new text code of 6 numbers and try to set up an account and try to set up a password. Useless. I can use easily Netvue and Yi but gotta send this back to Amazon as is impossible to set up. Pity
